Propane Picks

It’s that time of the week again where we sift through the best offerings of the fitness and productivity world for your reading, listening and viewing pleasure. If you’d like to be considered for the pick list or would like to pen a guest article for us then shoot us a message.

Our top pick this week is –

The Hardest Thing for Clients to Adopt: Rest Periods -Tony Gentilcore

In this article Tony discusses why taking rest periods between sets is actually crucial to progress and performance, how long we should rest for and tips for hacking the down-time for greater work-out productivity.

Half my battle with new(ish) clients is to get them to understand there’s a rationale and purpose for rest periods, that they’re good for them, will help them, and more importantly…that they won’t lose any points for Gryffindor for standing in place for more than 30 seconds without performing a burpee.

The rest of the list is pretty awesome too!
