		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for this site just found it and looking forward to following the Propaine Program.
Few questions
I&#039;m 40yo female I enjoy lifting but am not very regular as I let my kids rule my life rather than setting time for myself. (That&#039;s about to change). I have 20kgs to lose and toning up to be done. I&#039;ve never been good at counting calories I&#039;ve alway gone full protein to strip fat. 
Going by the calculator I should be having 188g protien does that mean a 188g steak a day? This is probably a stupid question but when I&#039;m used to going full protein I&#039;ve never worried about amounts and I know I&#039;ve been having heaps more than that.
Also as I&#039;m an all or nothing person and I&#039;m nothing at the moment would you suggest I start fasting right away or ease into it?]]></description>
