I’ve decided to start filming some of my training sessions as a way of helping me analyse my own progress, give me some time to speak about what I’m doing and why and also keep myself accountable with exercise form and technique.


I plan to make this a weekly thing and will be including footage from training each week, I’ll also include some footage of warm-ups and mobility work occasionally. If there is anything you want to hear me discuss of specifically film, let me know through Facebook or the forum.
