A rich man is still a rich man if you take away his money. Within a few months he will be back where he was. Abundance is not about monetary WEALTH. It is an understanding of money, ability to handle personal finances, attitudes and a knowledge base.
Contrast this with lottery winners. You commonly hear of somebody poor winning a large sum of money, and within WEEKS they have squandered it all. They have no existing mental framework to deal with such large amounts of money. Their previous experience has made them get used to lacking, shaping their decisions. Winning the lottery becomes a shock to the system and the old programming kicks in.

Obviously I am using richness as a euphemism. If you take away the books of a scholar, this doesn’t make him ignorant. An athlete injures her leg, so she specialises in strengthening her arms while it heals. After my transformation, I am no longer scared of gaining fat – because I now know the fastest, most efficient ways to lose fat again, while continuing to improve my lifts. It is no longer a blind plunge.
If I had not spent so long experimenting with fat loss, then the fear of gaining fat in future would hold me back from moving forward, gaining muscle.
If you aren’t fully confident you can replicate the results, that niggling fear will cement you in your comfort zone.
So my point is to go there, do that, buy some t-shirts and a pair of trousers. Build your foundation, and conquer the fear. In all facets of your life.
