You definitely had more than 190 in you. Not much but 5-10kg certainly. Was just a lack of confidence and technique went to shit as you got heavier. The 190 was good though!
Had a night to celebrate exam results, quite chuffed I managed to combine the dieting and studying successfully.

What kind of split did you use during your cut?
Don't want to go into too much detail because I'm thinking about starting my own blog. However, towards the end after some tweaking it involved 3 full body sessions always starting with a squatting movement, along with AM/PM cardio. Additional work was performed on other days.
My squat actually increased during most of the cut (in the last 2 weeks it decreased) and all my other lifts stayed the same whilst I dropped bodyweight so it seemed like an okay template.
in reference to your cut, how long did it take to drop the 22kg? big difference, well done!
cutting is so satisfying when you start to see results.
