Some great work here, sorry I haven't stopped in for a while. I'm sure its been discussed but I couldnt find it. How are you approaching the weight loss?

Whats this in reference to? I cant remember/find it.atm I just want training to go ok, so weightloss is like as much as I can get away with, probably losing around 0.5kg a week, taking about 350g carbs pwo.
If I drop carbs to like 200-250, weightloss is rapid, but too many hit or miss sessions, and im just knackered all the time.
goal wise, I just want to drop some fat and some extra weight, dropping to 83 would be a bold move.

yeah, brought my feet closer and just been trying to get the flexibility to get into a good start position. been trying to get tight in the bottom, pull the slack out the bar, and not to jerk it off the floor. certainly much slower from the floor but form is way better compared to:

@Yusef, I would get used to them for a few sessions - as I told someone who had asked how much they added when I started using them about 3/4 weeks ago, they actually took about 10kg off my squat (150 in wraps felt like 10/10 effort lol). gotta learn to use them.
wrap them tight when you start using them, as tight as possible, or be forever afraid of the pain.What wraps did you get?

The wraps are in Scotland, not sure what brand. Someone gave me them at the last competition.
when I started using them about 3/4 weeks ago, they actually took about 10kg off my squat (150 in wraps felt like 10/10 effort lol). gotta learn to use them.
