At the risk of this sounding like an advert, I think it's got quite a bit to do with the injection of Propane. With bench, some of it can be put down to a change in technique I think as have learnt to use my hips and drive through my legs a bit more. All good stuff though, cheers. Think if I reigned my diet in a bit I'd be lookin a bit better but slowly but surely...
